1. A  S.M.K.  11 X 14" Grade Certificate

2. A   S.M.K.  8.5" X 11"  License

3. A   S.M.K. rubber seal / membership stamp for signing your diplomas. ( 40.00 Value)

4. A   S.M.K.  International News Release of your membership in the S.M.K.

5. A   S.M.K.  Ryu ( System ) registration certificate.

6. A   S.M.K. registration of your  Soke - Dai..  ( A Certificate is an additional fee.)

7. A   S.M.K. agency patch. ( Additional patches are available at 15.00 ea.)

As a member of the Soke Menkyo Kai, you will also be able to issue black belt ( Yudansha ) and title  certificates to your students. Also, if deemed worthy, the S.M.K. member may also receive a title certificate for themselves.

How to apply for membership.

Regardless as to where you reside. In order to apply for membership one must submit the following1

1. a 20.00 application fee  payable in U.S. funds If by check or money order, make payable to   Donald Jeffrey and send to the below address:  or send funds via paypal. e-mail.

2.The completed application that you can print out below and mail or e-mail to

    .The S.M.K. has had individuals send cross grade and title certificates from their organization along with funds in hopes of obtaining S.M.K. certification without meeting the S.M.K. standards. The S.M.K. and it's members will no longer refund any " Non solicited funds" ( Those sending funds with no intention of applying for membership through the standard application process). and will discard any / all certificates that are also unsolicited. The  S.M.K does NOT exchange diplomas or any type of certificates including that of cross grades or honorary membership certificates with any individual or organization.
